You can return any item for a refund / Exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
All the returned products must be unworn un washed and with all original packing. Used products will not be accepted.
All goods will be inspected on return.
If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a voucher code will be issued instead.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend to send package via recognized Courier service.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
In case you want to exchange the product with a different product which have a higher price. then you must have to pay the additional charges via Easy Paisa / Bank Transfer before the goods leave us.
We’ll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account – we can’t send a replacement to an address that’s not your default delivery address.
We do not charge shipping cost on an exchanged order but customer have to send the products back to us on their own expense.
Underwear items are non-refundable / non exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receipt of the returned Items. All the refunds are processed Through Easy Paisa. (Transaction fee will not be charged to customer)
